If you want to return an item purchased on our marketplace, please send us a message to info(at) Please, provide us with order number and we will help you manage your return.  Below you will find more information about the Vendor Returns Policy.

If you are not happy with your order, we'll be happy to issue a refund if you return your items within 10 days of purchase. Please make sure that:

1. The product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories);
2. To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box (avoid affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging);
3. The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under your full responsibility of the customer and the transport costs for returning goods are your responsibility
Womsh does not accept any liability whatsoever for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Under no circumstances will parcels with cash on delivery or carriage forward be accepted.

Once Womsh receive your package within refund timing, they will inspect it within 2-3 days and if everything looks fine your refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 7 days.
