Most of the brands, unfortunately, cannot offer prepaid return labels. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Do you want to return your purchase? Please kindly send us an e-mail with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you back detailed return instructions. Please, note, Slownature.com is a Marketplace, therefore we will ask you to return the parcel directly to the vendor. You can always find Return Policy of your Vendor on the page of the product you have bought.
The return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Slow Nature Sleep and Loungewear has a flexible return policy and can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shoes should be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods, such as intimate or sanitary goods cannot be returned are exempt from being returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we / or the Vendor have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
