We will send you back detailed return instructions. Please, note, Slownature is a Marketplace, therefore we will ask you to return the parcel directly to the vendor. You can always find Return Policy of your Vendor on the page of the product you have bought. 

ENJOY FREE RETURNS WITH PAYPAL PURCHASES. Buy from SlowNATURE and send back free! If you pay with PAYPAL, they will pay your return postage costs. To activate the service, go to PayPal and activate REFUNDED RETURNS service in 1 click (Italy, UK, Germany, Spain, France, Norway, Austria, Netherlands. For other countries, consult directly your PayPal page).

The return policy lasts 14 days.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Slow Nature Sleep and Loungewear has a flexible return policy and can be returned within 60 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods, such as intimate or sanitary goods cannot be returned are exempt from being returned.

Any skincare product that has been opened or tested cannot be returned.
Gift cards cannot be returned. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we / or the Vendor have received your returned item.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, please follow the instructions in the letter included in your parcel. If the instructions are missing, please contact our customer service and we will provide them to you electronically. 

PayPal Refunded Returns shipping costs will be processed according to PayPal policy.  If you are not using Paypal Refunded Returns service, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless specified otherwise in the return policy of the Vendor (you can find it on every product page).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
