Product Returns

  • Returns can be accepted within 14 days after delivery, provided the items are in perfect condition, unworn and undamaged. Swimwear must have all labels. Please note items not ‘cared for’ in the correct method will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • We undertake to replace you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition.
  • Returned items are to be sent back with recorded method, with a receipt obtained from the post office or courier used, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost during transit.
  • Returns from outside of the EU must be invoiced as “RETURNED GOODS – OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE” to prevent them being held at Italian Customs. Any customs charges incurred are payable by the customer.
  • Postage costs will not be refunded on refunded or exchanged items.
  • If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including postage charges.


Returns Policy

Souldaze Collection does not offer free returns. The cost to return is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Returned goods must be returned within 14 days after delivery. Upon receipt of goods and subject to the below, a refund will be issues within 5 days.
  • Returned goods must be in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged, unaltered and unwashed.
  • Returned goods must have all labels and tags intact.
  • Goods must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Swimwear must have all labels intact.
  • Postage charges are non-refundable.
  • Returned goods must be marked as “a return with no commercial value” in order to avoid any customs charges.
  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Certain sale items are non-refundable, therefore please take note of current sale terms and conditions.


Exchange Policy

  • For any reason, you can exchange all or part of your order subject to them being returned undamaged.
  • Souldaze Collection will pay the cost of shipping your exchanged goods to you on the first exchange only. This means that shipping costs for any subsequent exchanges on the same order will be paid by you.
  • Return shipping costs is the customers responsibility.


Returns how-to

  • Package the goods carefully.
  • Deliver the goods to Souldaze Collection by your chosen carrier. It is recommended that you are covered by insurance. Any loss or damage of the goods in transit is the customer’s responsibility.
