SEAY srl Returns Policy

If you want to return an item purchased on our marketplace, please send us a message to info(at) Please, provide us with order number and we will help you manage your return.  Below you will find more information about the Vendor’s Returns Policy (SEAY S.R.L).


Worldwide returns on all orders with UPS.


To return your item(s) please print a shipping label on UPS website, pack your item(s) and bring them to the closer UPS access point (map available @ UPS website).

The returned item(s) has to be addressed to:

Returns must be made within 21 days from order delivery date.

SEAY srl's QC department checks the returns integrity. It may take 2-3 working days. You will receive an email once they’re checked.

Refunds will be issued within 10 working days from the date we get back the item(s). You will receive an email notification once the refund is issued.

To change the item(s) you can place a new order.

Please be reminded that:
• Returned item(s) must be not worn and in the same condition that you received it;
• Returned items must absolutely have all the tags and labels on. If tags/labels are missing, the return will not be accepted.
