rutz lda Returns Policy
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We accept exchanges and returns until 15 days after you’ve received your shoes. We only accept shoes that come back to rutz lda completely new, without any sign of use and in the original package. We are conscious that to try a shoe you need to walk with it on - we advise to try our shoes in a neutral areas, like a rug, so you don’t leave any mark on the shoes. The shipping for returning the shoes is responsibility of the buyer, as well as the responsibility of any miscarriage or damage occurred during the dispatch. If you want to exchange or return any product, we advise you to always contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange the process in the best way possible.
You can cancel your order if you do it before rutz lda send it, without any cost, only if the package is still in their hands. If you order anything and you want to cancel, you should contact us immediately through email@example.com and you should give us all the information about the order (product reference, size, color). If the cancelling request is successful, we will inform you by e-mail.
