Please kindly send us a message with your Name and Order number to Slow Nature support. We will help you to manage the return. We normally respond within 24 hours.

You can return your products free of charge from metropolitan France within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns from abroad and overseas are at the customer’s expense. Returns may give rise to an exchange or a refund. Products must be returned clean, unwashed, unworn and complete. Any item that does not comply with these conditions will not be reimbursed or exchanged.
