Exchanges & Returns
If the products are not in the correct sizes, or if they don’t respond to your expectation, they may be returned, make sure they are in the same condition as they were sent and in the same box. nae vegan shoes will send the new product free of charge.

Please note that the shipping costs of the products to the facilities of nae vegan shoes are paid by the customer. nae vegan shoes will send the new product at no cost to the customer.

IMPORTANT: You should always try the vegan shoes indoors and with socks. The sending of any product must be done until fifteen (15) days after the day of purchase.
If not satisfied, or you do not want the product and it is in good condition, without exhibiting symptoms of use or wear, including the box, nae vegan shoes will reimburse the full amount of your order. You should contact us within two weeks after receiving the product indicating the reason for the return. The reimbursing will be made on the same model in which the purchase was made. If the product have use marks, nae vegan shoes will contact the client to resend the product and the associated costs will be paid by the customer.
