Momoc Real People SL Returns Policy

If you want to return an item purchased on our marketplace, please send us a message to info(at)slownature.com. Please, provide us with order number and we will help you manage your return.  Below you will find more information about the Vendor Returns Policy.

 

Return conditions

In general, an item can only be returned if it meets the following conditions:

– The item has not been used (applies to both exchanges and returns)

– It has been less than 15 days since you received the item

Online Returns

In addition to the above requirements, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received (including the Momoc shoe bag). If you no longer have the original packaging, please replace it with packaging of similar size and capacity.

If all of these conditions have been met, we will refund the cost of your purchase, minus the initial shipping costs. If you are returning an item because of a manufacturing defect attributable to Momoc, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

MOMOC is not responsible for lost packages sent by you in the process of exchange or return. Thus, we strongly recommend that all shipments carried out by you are traceable, with a tracking number or similar, as supplemental proof; and

We will process your refund within 15 business days (Monday to Friday) after receiving the returned merchandise. Once it has been processed, the refund will be made by the same method used to make the original payment.

You are responsible for assuming all shipping costs, except in certain cases. We will not accept cash-on-delivery returns under any circumstances.

Momoc Real People SL offer an after-sales service to find quick and efficient solutions to any problem you may have.

To return items purchased (please make sure you comply with the Return conditions), please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@slownature.com indicating the order number and your email address.
  2. In the same email, please inform us the reason for the return.
  3. Please pack and seal the product in the same condition you received it (including the MOMOC shoe bag), preferably in its original packaging.
  4. Send by mail (we recommend GLS or in Spain Correos) to the following address:

  1. Once the returned product has been inspected to verify compliance with the Return conditions, we will process your return.
Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time provided it has not already been sent. Please note that orders are sent the following business day (Monday to Saturday*) after the order was placed.

To cancel an order, you shall contact MOMOC at the e-mail address info@slownature.com.

If the order has already been sent, it cannot be canceled but you can return it once it has been delivered.

*Countries and regions that have customs regulations, cash-on-delivery orders, and deliveries to Packstations in Germany, will only be shipped Monday to Friday, except bank holidays.

 

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason (size, color, etc.), you have 15 days to exchange.

Before requesting an exchange, please make sure that your order meets these Return conditions.
To exchange items, please follow these steps:
  1. Send an email to info@slownature.com indicating the order number and your email address.
  2. In the same email, inform us which size do you have and for which new size you would like to exchange your purchase or which model do you have and for which new model you would like to exchange your purchase.
  3. Once your request has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with a MOMOC return form.
  4. Please pack and seal the product in the same condition you received it (including the MOMOC shoe bag), preferably in its original packaging, along with the MOMOC return form you received in the confirmation email.
  5. Send by mail (we recommend GLS or in Spain Correos) to the address on the MOMOC return form:

  1. Once the returned product has been inspected to verify compliance with the Return conditions, we will process your exchange.
  2. The exchange will be send to the same address as the previous one.

You are responsible for assuming all shipping costs. We will not accept cash-on-delivery returns under any circumstances.

 

Defective Products

Our objective is the total satisfaction of our clients.

In the event that you consider that the product does not conform to the product’s specifications, you shall immediately contact MOMOC at the email address info@slownature.com with details of the product and the defect and specifying whether you choose to return the product or to replace it for an identical product.

If you choose to replace it for an identical product, follow these steps:

  1. Please pack and seal the product in the same condition you received it (including the MOMOC shoe bag), preferably in its original packaging, along with the MOMOC return form you received in the confirmation email and indicating EXCHANGE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
  2. Send by mail (we recommend GLS or in Spain Correos) to the address on the MOMOC return form:

  1. Once the returned product has been inspected, including verification of compliance with the Return conditions, MOMOC will send within a reasonable time, an email informing you whether the product will be replaced (“the Replace Decision”). In that case, the product will be replaced and the new identical product will be send as soon as possible and in any event within fifteen (15) days following the date on which the Replace Decision was sent.
  2. The new identical product will be send to the same address as the previous one.

In case an identical product is no longer available in stock, MOMOC shall fully refund the price of the Product to you, including shipping expenses, unless you decide to exchange it for another model.

If you choose to return the product, follow these steps:

  1. Please pack and seal the product in the same condition you received it (including the MOMOC shoe bag), preferably in its original packaging, along with the MOMOC return form you received in the confirmation email and indicating RETURN DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
  2. Send by mail (we recommend GLS or in Spain Correos) to the address on the MOMOC return form:

  1. Once the returned product has been inspected, MOMOC will send within a reasonable time, an email informing you whether the product will be refunded (“the Refund Decision”). In that case, the product will be refunded as soon as possible and in any event within fifteen (15) days following the date on which the Refund Decision was sent.

MOMOC shall fully refund the price of the product to you, including shipping expenses.

 

Repairs

Unfortunately, we do not have a shoe repair service.

If you think that your shoes have a manufacturing flaw, please write us to info@slownature.com.

 

Refunds

If you return an online purchase via our website, we will examine the returned merchandise and the reasons you have provided for the return.

Once we have determined that everything is in order, we will process your refund within 15 business days (Monday to Friday) beginning from the date your return was received at our warehouse.

Funds will be refunded by the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Payments should arrive in your account 3 to 5 days after processing.

We will update the status and notify you by email:

– When you register a return

– When our warehouse receives the returned item(s)

Any purchase made using a promotional code comes with all of our standard guarantees.

If you return a purchase, you will be refunded the applicable amount based on what you originally paid.

We are under no obligation to replace the promotional code used to purchase the returned item.
