Before we sent any products for our customers, we double check if the product has any damaged, so , please, as soon as you get your delivery, inspect it and if it has any damage, let us know so we can return, refund or replace your order.
Marita Seta Unipessoal lda will not make any change or not accept the return of any products if the item has been used, washed, or not labeled, or has undergone some damage or is not in its original packaging, for which reason we request you to be careful with the product until you process its return.
Marita Setas Unipessoal lda. reserves the right to check the products carefully before agreeing to any exchange or return.
we will only refund / replace products which are in the original condition as shipped.
